I noticed the graham crackers were next to a box of brownie mix in the pantry. So I thought I’d try making some S’mores brownies. I poured the half the brownie batter in the pan and then layered it with graham cracker sections, before pouring the remaining batter over the top. After it baked, I cut marshmallows in half and put then on top of the brownies and then put them back in the oven under the broiler to let marshmallows brown very slightly. Next I topped them with crushed graham cracker pieces. They are delicious!
